Talkpush uses “Template Campaigns” to create new job campaigns. These templates are pre-filled with job details like job type, location, salary, and more. When a new job is posted in Workday, Talkpush uses the right template to quickly create a campaign for you.
If you get a job from Workday with a profile that doesn’t match any existing template in Talkpush, you can set up a Fallback Template. This ensures a campaign is still created, and gives you time to update the job profile or adjust your settings.
Once a job is filled and closed in Workday, Talkpush automatically stops accepting new applications for that job. But the campaign stays in your system so you can still access the candidate data for future reference.
