Cognizant is a global technology and services company employing roughly 270,000 people worldwide. In the Philippines, the team hires customer service representatives where English proficiency and soft skills are the primary hiring criteria.
Before TalkScore, Cognizant used another vendor. The scores were credible. The problem was integrity.
On-site, candidate IDs were being reused: someone other than the actual applicant was doing the test. The person assessed and the person hired were not always the same person.
