The program is designed for users from Talkpush client companies. There are two main target participants: Recruiters (daily users of the Talkpush platform) and Operations Leaders/Managers. Selection is based on criteria like technical skills, leadership skills, learning eagerness, and tenure/growth potential. Participants are nominated by their client's executives.
Each participant will be provided with access to the learning system, likely through a dedicated URL, along with assigned login credentials (username and password). This system will house the program's learning materials.
The first cohort of the Talkpush Champion Program will run for approximately 2.5 months. This includes 1.5 months of structured learning sessions and a follow-up period of 1 month focused on observing the practical application of learned skills and the resulting impact.
Active participation is crucial for success in the program. If a participant misses sessions or doesn't fulfill the mandatory requirements, their progress will be assessed accordingly. This may affect their overall understanding and ability to effectively apply the learnings, which could limit their impact within their team and operations.
