Concentrix Brazil traded spreadsheets and blocked numbers for a central verified flow
Concentrix Brazil hires more than 50,000 people a year. Its recruiters used to chase leads through Excel and lose candidates whenever Meta blocked a WhatsApp number. Now every lead, chat, assessment and Workday record runs through one central, verified flow on Talkpush.

Before: spreadsheets, burner phones and blocked lines
Concentrix Brazil hires more than 50,000 people a year in Brazil alone, says Gustavo Silva, who helps the talent acquisition team run its tools.
Before Talkpush, much of that ran on spreadsheets. The team recruits for about 52 client programmes, and each one had its own sheets. Leads poured in from job boards, Meta ads and Instagram, and every recruiter kept their own copy. By the time someone called, many leads had gone cold and no longer wanted the job.
WhatsApp was the quickest way to reach a candidate, and the riskiest. Recruiters messaged from their own phones or from spare burner SIMs. Candidates who didn't know the number reported it. Meta blocked the line. Overnight, a recruiter lost every conversation on that phone and started again on a new number.
“Our recruiters kept getting their WhatsApp numbers blocked. Candidates reported the messages to Meta, and every time a number went down, we lost our way to reach those candidates.”

Assessments meant more hand-offs. A recruiter sent the test from a separate assessment platform, waited, then went into Workday to upload the result by hand, one candidate at a time.
Across dozens of recruiters, dozens of client sheets and several cities, no one had the full picture. Who owned this lead? Had anyone called her? Was that number still alive?
The fix: one verified line
The team didn't want more phones. It wanted one central, verified WhatsApp line that every recruiter could work from. The line had to stay within Meta's guidelines every time, with guardrails built in so no number would be blocked again.
Concentrix's global recruitment practice pointed them to Talkpush. It gave them that line, and it brought the job boards and Workday into the same place.

After: one platform, one verified line
Today every lead lands in one place: job boards such as PandaPé, Meta and Instagram ads, referrals and inbound WhatsApp.
Candidates talk to Concentrix on one verified WhatsApp Business line, in Portuguese, and every recruiter works from it. Messages stay within Meta's rules, so there are no personal phones, no burner SIMs and no blocked numbers. Recruiters get a notification the moment a candidate replies.
Every source, one list
Job boards, Meta and Instagram ads, referrals and WhatsApp all flow into Talkpush. No more Excel files.
One verified WhatsApp line
Every recruiter works from the same verified business line. It belongs to Concentrix and stays within Meta's guidelines.
Workday, automatically
Candidates are created in Workday automatically. New leads are dealt out to recruiters by round robin.
Assessments inside the flow
Recruiters send assessments from Talkpush and read the results there. No switching platforms, no uploads to Workday.
The biggest change, Gustavo says, is how much faster candidates move through the process.
The results
One verified line now carries the conversation at a scale that personal phones never could.

Asked what he would miss most if Talkpush disappeared tomorrow:
“Unifying all our sources in Talkpush makes the job really easy for our recruiters. They used to juggle Excel sheets full of leads. Now everything is in one place.”

What's next: all of it
Gustavo says about half of Concentrix Brazil's hiring already runs through Talkpush. The goal, he says, is to run all of it there.
At more than 50,000 hires a year, that is a whole recruiting operation in one central, verified flow.
