+18 years of rich experience in Business Development and Project Management. Chad Sowash

Chad Sowash, a former Army Infantry drill sergeant, cut his teeth in online recruitment in ’98 with an outfit called Online Career Center before it launched in ’99 as Monster.com.

He went on to build DirectEmployers from the ground up, steer RecruitMilitary toward revenue as CXO and build Randstad's first military veteran hiring program.Today, you can find him behind the mic at events, and/or working his ass off challenging the norm on HR's Most Dangerous Podcast.

ANA KARINA QUESSEP

Ana Karina Quessep is a dynamic leader in the Colombian BPO sector, serving as the Executive President of the Colombian BPO Association for 12 years. Her tenure is marked by significant achievements, including earning the 2015 Frost & Sullivan award for the best association in Latin America. Ana Karina's contributes as a member of the Guild Presidential Council and Women in Connection, and is the Founder and President of the Board of Directors of ICT Women. She has been pivotal in fostering regional integration and best practices in the sector, exemplified by her role as a founding member and executive board member of the Latin American alliance with ALOIC Clients, solidifying her reputation as a driving force behind the industry's growth and innovation.
