Terms and Conditions
Concentrix is committed to protecting your and your family's personal information when you are using Workday (our supplier) Portal services for Concentrix (“HR Portal”). We want our services to be safe and secure for our users.
Your acceptance of this Agreement enables you to register on this HR Portal and access employment and recruitment services. This Agreement also governs our use of personal information collected from you.
All information provided on the Concentrix website is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranty of any kind.
These Terms apply to any visitor of the HR website of Concentrix, its operating units, and wholly owned subsidiaries worldwide.
You agree to use and access the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to compromise the website’s security or cause any damage.
You will be required to share personal information (e.g., name, address, phone, employment details, etc.) for recruitment and employment processing. Concentrix may collect and verify information from third parties such as former employers or educational institutions.
Use of Information:
You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and updated regularly on the HR portal. False information may result in account deactivation or legal action.
Concentrix may share personal data with affiliates, third-party service providers, or clients for legitimate business purposes. Disclosure may occur to comply with law, protect company rights, or during business transitions like mergers or acquisitions.
Personal data may be transferred across borders as required for business operations, subject to compliance with legal data transfer mechanisms such as data transfer agreements and regulatory approvals.
Your consent is required to register on the HR Portal. You can withdraw consent anytime by deactivating your account or contacting the privacy office.
You can access, modify, delete, or restrict the use of your information at any time through your HR Portal profile or by contacting dpo@concentrix.com.

Only authorized personnel and service providers can access your personal data. Users are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality.
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for employment-related purposes and will be disposed of thereafter.
Workday, as the service provider, is responsible for the secure management, storage, and retention of data, as well as web cookies.
Your consent to this Agreement and data processing can be revoked by deactivating your account or notifying Concentrix.
If you believe your privacy has been breached, contact dpo@concentrix.com with details of the incident. Concentrix will investigate and take corrective actions.
