CANADIAN APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

You are applying for employment with Concentrix or one of its affiliated or related companies (“Concentrix,” “the Company,”

“we, or “our”). To complete the application process, you must acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions,

all of which comprise this Applicant Acknowledgment and Consent (Acknowledgment”):

1.

Accuracy of Information

I certify that all statements made in this application, resume, cover letter, and during any interview process are true,

accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation, omission, or falsification

of information may result in the rejection of my application, withdrawal of any employment offer, or separation of my

employment if I am hired, regardless of when the omission or misrepresentation is discovered.

2.

Minimum Age

By submitting this application, I confirm that I am at least the minimum required age to work in the province or territory

where the position is authorized to be performed.

3.

Equal Employment Opportunity

Concentrix is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. We are committed to a policy of non-discrimination and equal

opportunity for all qualified applicants and employees without regard to their race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual

orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, ethnicity, union membership, political affiliation,

marital status, pregnancy, or any other category protected under federal or provincial human rights law. This policy applies

to all aspects of employment including, but not limited to, recruitment, hiring, promotions, and compensation.

4.

Work Authorization

I confirm that I am legally authorized to work in Canada and will provide valid documentation verifying my identity and

work eligibility upon request. I understand that any offer of employment is contingent upon my ability to provide proof of

such authorization in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (“IRPA”) and any other applicable federal

or provincial laws.

I further acknowledge that, if my authorization to work in Canada is subject to conditions, limitations, or an expiry date, it

is my responsibility to maintain valid status and to promptly notify the Company of any changes affecting my work eligibility.

I understand that failure to maintain valid work authorization may result in the withdrawal of any employment offer or

termination of employment, in compliance with applicable law.

5.

Background and Reference Checks

I authorize the Company to conduct background and reference checks for the purpose of assessing my suitability for

employment. This may include verification of my employment history, educational credentials, professional designations,

and references provided during the application process.

Where applicable and permitted by law, I also consent to the Company conducting criminal record checks, credit checks

(for positions with financial responsibilities), and driving record reviews if they are directly relevant to the duties of the

position for which I am applying.

I understand that:

• These checks will be conducted only with my express consent;

• The information collected will be used solely for employment-related purposes, kept confidential, and retained only

as long as reasonably necessary;

• The Company will conduct these checks in accordance with federal and provincial privacy legislation, as may apply,

and relevant human rights legislation; and

• I may be asked to provide additional written consent before certain background checks are initiated, and I may

withdraw my consent at any time by notifying the Company in writing, though this may affect my candidacy.6.

Accessibility and Accommodation

Concentrix welcomes and encourages applications from candidates with disabilities and is committed to providing an

inclusive recruitment process. If you require a reasonable accommodation to participate in any stage of the application or

interview process, please notify us by emailing Talent Acquisition at app.acco@concentrix.com. All information will be

treated confidentially and used solely to facilitate your participation in the recruitment process.

7.

Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement

If I am hired by the Company, I understand that I will be required to sign a Proprietary Information and Inventions

Agreement ("PIIA"). The PIIA will include a confidentiality provision that prohibits me from disclosing the Company’s

confidential and proprietary information, including trade secrets, both during and after my employment.

Depending on the position for which you are hired, your level of responsibility, and province where you reside, the PIIA

may also contain reasonably limited non-solicitation and/or non-competition provisions, as may be permitted and

enforceable under applicable provincial or territorial laws.

8.

Authorized Disclosure of Personal Information

If hired, I authorize the Company to share my professional and contact information (e.g., name, role, qualifications, etc.)

with any Concentrix client to whose account I am assigned for client engagement purposes. I release the Company from

any claims or liability arising from such disclosures.

I understand that my assignment to a client account is contingent upon the client granting me necessary access to its

software systems. If I am hired but the client does not grant such access, and no alternate client assignment is feasible, I

acknowledge that the Company may terminate my employment per applicable employment standards legislation.

Further, following the end of my employment for any reason, I authorize the Company to disclose my name and rehire

eligibility status (eligible or ineligible) to any client account to which I was assigned during my employment.

9.

educational and employment history.

c.

Data Storage, Transfer, and Security

(i)

Security: I understand and agree that my personal information will be protected using industry

standard security measures, including encryption and restricted access controls, in compliance with

applicable privacy laws and industry best practices.(ii)

and stored by a third-party service provider located in Ireland, a member of the European Union

and European Economic Area that ensures data protection under the General Data Protection

f.

Québec-Specific Requirements

If I apply for a position or reside in Québec, I further acknowledge that my personal information will be handled in

accordance with the strict privacy governance and transparency requirements under Law 25 (formerly Bill 64).

10.

Biometric Notice and Consent

This Section addresses the Company’s use of Biometric Data during the application process. As more fully described below,

consent to the collection and processing of biometric screening is strictly voluntary.

Concentrix delivers customer experience and support solutions for its clients and their customers. In providing these

services, employees must access and utilize various communication and technology systems ("IT Systems"), including those

of its clients, which contain confidential and proprietary information. The Company is dedicated to safeguarding this

information in compliance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including provincial privacy legislation.

a.

Enhanced Security Measures

To uphold these commitments, the Company has implemented robust security protocols to authenticate applicant identities

and monitor security compliance during the application process. These protocols, referred to herein as “Enhanced Security

Measures,” are outlined in relevant agreements and Company policies and procedures.

b.

Biometric Data Collection and Processing

Consent to the Company’s Enhanced Security Measures involves the collection, use, retention, and processing of sensitive

personal information, including biometric identifiers ("Biometric Data") such as facial geometry (captured as encrypted

mathematical templates). I understand that the Company uses this data solely for the purpose of verifying applicant

identities and ensuring security compliance during the application process.

I also understand that the Company will not use, retain, or share my Biometric Data for any other purpose, such as

marketing, unless I provide separate, explicit consent for such use.c.

Consent to Use of Biometric Data

By consenting to these terms, I expressly and voluntarily agree to the Company’s use of Enhanced Security Measures,

including the collection, processing, and use of my Biometric Data for the purpose of identity verification during the

application process. This includes the use of the following personal information:

• My full name; and

• Biometric identifiers, such as facial geometry (captured as encrypted mathematical templates).

(i)

Voluntary Decision

My consent to the collection and use of Biometric Data is entirely voluntary. I understand that my

refusal to consent to the collection and use of this data will not result in automatic disqualification from

the application process. The Company provides an equally effective alternative for identity verification

and security compliance that does not involve the use of Biometric Data.

(ii)

Non-Biometric Alternative Notice

I acknowledge that, if I had chosen not to consent to the collection and use of my Biometric Data or if

I elect to revoke my consent, I may still proceed with my application by opting for a manual identity

verification process. This process will involve a live video call with a member of the Company’s Talent

Acquisition team and a manual review of my government-issued identification.

d.

Further Acknowledgments

• The Company will store and process my Biometric Data and personal information in accordance with

provincial privacy laws.

• Biometric Data and related personal information will be protected using industry-standard security

measures, including encryption and restricted access controls, in compliance with applicable privacy

laws and industry best practices.

• The collection and use of such data are necessary and proportionate to the Company’s legitimate

business interest in ensuring secure and authorized access to IT Systems and data, and in verifying

the identity of applicants during the application process. A Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) has been

conducted to confirm this necessity and proportionality.

• Biometric Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and securely

destroyed once no longer required (e.g., after the application process is complete or upon termination

of employment, subject to legal requirements).

• I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time, though this may require a switch to the

non-biometric alternative method for continued processing of my application. Withdrawal of consent

or a request for the alternative method may be communicated to the Talent Acquisition Department at

manual.review@concentrix.com.

e.

Additional Notice for Québec Applicants

If you reside in Québec, please note that the Company’s use of Biometric Data (such as facial geometry) is subject to

Québec’s privacy legislation, including the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector. In

accordance with these stricter requirements:

(i)

The Company has registered its biometric data system with the Commission d’accès à l’information

(CAI) before use in Québec;

(ii)

A Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) has been completed to ensure the necessity and proportionality

of biometric data use, in accordance with Québec’s privacy laws and CAI guidance;(iii)

Your Biometric Data will be used solely to verify your identity and monitor compliance with the

Company’s Security Requirements during the application process;

(iv)

The Company will implement strict safeguards to protect your Biometric Data and will not use it

for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

11.

Non-Biometric Personal Information

I understand and agree that all non-biometric personal information collected during the application process will be

handled according to the Company’s Privacy Policy, available here.

12.

Artificial Intelligence Notice and Consent

The Company uses a third-party platform that may employ automated employment decision tools, including artificial

intelligence ("AI"), to assist with the hiring process. These tools may include technologies that:

• Conduct and record video or voice interviews with candidates;

• Capture and process biometric identifiers, such as facial geometry, voiceprints, and speech patterns;

• Use AI techniques, including facial recognition, to analyze responses and non-verbal cues (such as tone, body

language, and facial expressions);

• Generate preliminary assessments based on job requirements; and

• Assist human recruiters in screening and evaluating candidates.

a.

Notice and Consent

By submitting your application, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI technologies as described above. You

understand that certain aspects of your application, including any recorded interviews, may be analyzed using AI systems

and tools, the outputs of which we may rely on to evaluate your candidacy. This may include evaluations of verbal and/or

non-verbal communication, facial geometry, tone, and linguistic content.

You are not required to consent to AI processing to apply for a position with us. If you do not wish to be evaluated by AI

tools, you may opt-out at any time, as described below.

b.

Human Oversight

All hiring decisions include meaningful human review. AI tools are used to support recruiters and hiring managers, not to

make final decisions independently.

c.

Personal Information

Your personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws. It will be processed

by AI tools solely for recruitment and hiring purposes and will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes without your

further consent.

d.

Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to the use of AI in the recruitment process:

(i)

You may request information about how AI tools were applied in your application;

(ii)

You may withdraw your consent to AI processing at any time, though doing so may affect our

ability to process your application through the platform;

(iii)

You retain your privacy rights under Canadian law, including access to your personal information

and correction of inaccuracies; and

(iv)

(For applicants in Québec only): If a decision relating to your application is made exclusively

through automated processing, you will be informed. Upon request, you may obtain information about the personal information used, be informed of the main factors and parameters that led to

the decision, and request that the decision be reviewed by a human.

e.

How to Contact Us

If you have questions about the use of AI in hiring, wish to opt out, or exercise any other rights, please email us at

manual.review@concentrix.com.

13. Consent to Contact

By proceeding with this application, I authorize the Company to contact me using any telephone number, email address,

or mailing address I have provided during the application process for purposes related to recruitment, hiring, or onboarding.

I understand and agree that such communication may include emails, phone calls, voicemails, text messages, or other

electronic messages, including those sent using automated systems, where permitted by law. I acknowledge that standard

message and data rates may apply depending on my service provider.

I further understand that:

• This consent applies solely to communications related to employment with the Company;

• My personal contact information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, and will not be shared

or sold to unauthorized third parties; and

• I may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying the Company in writing, although doing so may affect the

Company’s ability to process my application or communicate with me during recruitment.

14.

I understand and acknowledge that any offer of employment I may receive from the Company is conditional and subject to

the successful completion of all pre-employment requirements applicable to the position. These may include, but are not

• Pre-employment testing or assessments (e.g., for safety-sensitive roles), subject to applicable human rights and

privacy laws.

I acknowledge that failure to successfully complete, or to provide accurate and truthful information in connection with, any

of these requirements may result in the withdrawal of the offer or, if already employed, termination of employment, subject

to applicable law. I also understand that any conditions associated with an offer of employment will be clearly

communicated in writing and must be satisfied before the offer becomes final and binding.

15.

Employment Standards Compliance

I understand and acknowledge that, if hired, my employment will be governed by the applicable employment standards

legislation in the province or territory where I work, which provides for minimum entitlements related to:

• Wages, including minimum wage and overtime pay;

• Hours of work, rest periods, and daily/weekly maximums;

• Public holidays and vacation entitlements;

17.

Choice of Law

This Acknowledgment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which I reside or,
